Taylor Heinrich- Client Care Manager/Listing Coordinator:

Taylor is Client Care Manager and Listing Coordinator for the Heinrich Home Team. He oversees the set up and marketing of our fabulous listings. He handles all the pre-listing paperwork, vendor referrals, staging assistance, photography and compliance paperwork to ensure our listings are represented best in the market place. Proper paperwork is critical to ensuring our clients are protected during the sales process. He has excellent communication skills and is eager to make the process of selling your home as organized and stress free as possible. He communicates with Pam daily to ensure all our listings are getting the best exposure to the market place. Taylor graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Marketing and Real Estate.

Lael Rogers – Transaction Coordinator:


Lael’s primary role is to handle our transactions from contract to close making sure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted. Her attention to detail is top notch and her communication skills make it a smooth process for everyone. She is the helpful liaison between agents, lender, title company and clients. She includes Pam Heinrich in every step of the way so you can be assured your best interests are always taken care of. Lael Rogers graduated from California State University in Northridge with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Seven years ago, she began her career in real estate which has transformed into the position of Transaction Coordinator. Due to the large volume of transactions she has handled over the years, she brings a vast amount of experience to the Heinrich Home Team!
