We chose Pam as our agent because we had already seen her in action when our daughters played on the same volleyball team and she more than exceeded our expectations through a difficult transaction. Pam spent a lot of time with us up front figuring out what we were looking for and she took us out multiple times looking at houses until we found ‘the one’. Pam was clearly in tune with our desires as we went through this process because she would not linger in homes that were questionable for us or try to sell us on something that didn’t meet all of our expectations. At the same time, when we found our house, she knew it before we did and started working the details ahead of time so that when we said “Go”, she was already moving. Pam discovered that the home we were purchasing was a short sale after our offer had already been accepted. This was a pretty large adjustment for us as we were anticipating a very quick closure since we were pre-approved and had already sold our existing home (also through Pam). Through it all, though, Pam was our advocate as we navigated through a process that was unfamiliar and decisions and timelines that were not within our control – she made sure that we kept our focus on the larger goal and not the frustrating moment of the day. She successfully worked out a compromise so that we were able to move out of our house on time and into the new house. We closed the deal in a comparatively short amount of time for a short sale – and this is direct credit to Pam and her tenacity.
