I had an urgent job offer in Jul/2016. Our family had to move to Great Chicago, leaving our house empty behind. We had hired Pam right before we moved to Chicago. After our family had moved to Chicago in August, Pam organized everything for us that were necessary for house selling. She arranged house cleaning, repair, maintenance, etc.. She regularly visited our house to monitor if everything was fine. She did her best to maintain our house in the best condition. In September, the house market became little bit slower. She organized open-house 4 times in order to invite more potential buyers. Eventually we had received a selling offer late September, and closing was completed in October. At previous time, I had some bad experiences with realtors and lawyers. There was nothing I could do when they just dropped the ball.
